To clear one thing up: fixnwrtr is my way of writing FICTION WRITER. People seem to be confused by what to me is quite clear. Now on to the rest of the explanations.
I am a writer with a penchant for letting my curiosity lead me into interesting situations and times. I have been having a life long affair with words, which has not diminished with time. I am a Jackie-of-all-trades and I've mastered quite a few. I am also pagan and a witch. For the rest, find out for yourself.
Beware, I am not for the faint of heart, the easily offended or anyone who can't take the truth or straight talk. I write from my perspective and my life. In a world of near beer and politically correct language, I am strong drink and politically incorrect. Any resemblance to mainstream ideas or thoughts is purely a figment of your imagination.
If you feel the need to impose your beliefs and ideas on me here, save it. If you feel the need to gossip and spread information from locked posts (of which there are very few), carry your drama elsewhere. I don't suffer fools or idiots lightly. Otherwise, join in the fun and the lively discussions. All points of view welcome here as long as you are willing to agree to disagree if we cannot find a common ground on an issue.
On July 14, 2009 my first romance novel was published by L & L Dreamspell and is now available through Amazon. Past Imperfect will also be available through Fictionwise and Barnes & Noble as an e-book. Autographed copies are available through PayPal.
Devastated by love and nearly killed in a car crash, Lynn Sanderson disappeared, returning five years later with a new name, a new face, and a plan...
Adrian Cahill didn't realize his ideal woman, his soul mate, was right in front of him, so Lynn walked away from their stagnant relationship. She had no idea she'd soon be involved in a near-fatal crash that would change her appearance and leave her haunted with nightmares of accidents and death.
No longer the same person, Lynn took on another girl's name and carved out a new identity. While recuperating from reconstructive surgery, she bought a run-down cabin in the mountains of Pennsylvania. With the help of local handyman John Logan she brought the structure back to life, turning it into a wonderful retreat. He also helped her remodel an abandoned factory near Bolton air field in Columbus, Ohio. Over the years the two became close friends, though Logan remained a mystery, never revealing much about his personal life or his past.
After five years and in her new incarnation as Diana, Lynn made up her mind to go back for the man who rejected her, and goad him into chasing her until she catches him. Could she create a new ending for an imperfect past?
And how will Logan, her mysterious mountain man, feel about losing his best friend?
